I dipped a tampon into my homemade yogurt and insert it into my vagina. It really worked for me. But, I must warn you that this can be very messy. When I left it for too long a time, I felt itchy again. I guess it was because of the moisture. So, I suggest you that you take out the tampon when you have a relief.
